Type compatibility in the search box and then press enter. Download and install any prerequisites identified in the dialog window before proceeding. What I did was deleting and uninstall the original audio drivers in the device manager and scan for new devices.
Bear in mind that, even though other operating systems might be compatible as well, it is not recommend that you apply any software on platforms other than the specified ones. I had no problem with the audio for 2 days and then today out of no where I noticed my sound went away.

I too am using all the same drivers that you refer to in the CAB, though I did not install them in sysprep mode. This thread is locked. How satisfied are you with this response? While Aydio have never had a problem when testing with system sounds, I have found a reliable way to bork the IDT audio driver: Select the drivers and install.
I tried several different drivers for IDT, but nothing has changed. I am having this issue with my Dell Latitude E Audio was working last week and then all of the sudden I no longer get audio out of my speakers. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file.

I have the same question Haven’t had a chance to try headphones yet. As for applying this package, the steps are quite simple since each producer intends to uncomplicate things for users: I don’t care so much about the microphone but I definitely need to have sound!
